A proud Niagara Falls native, Jeffrey Elder began his career in service to our nation by enlisting in the U.S. Air Force after high school. After retiring from the military, he continued his service in federal government roles at the Pentagon, FEMA, the US Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of State.
